Treasure TeamGym

TeamGym involves performing gymnastics skills in groups of 6 to 12 gymnasts simultaneously or in quick succession one after the other. TeamGym is performed on Floor, Trampette/Trampette Vault and Tumbling.

MicroTeamGym has just 3 to 5 members and compete on the Trampette/Trampette Vault and Tumbling only. MicroTeams may be made up of TeamGym Squad members or gymnasts from other squads, including Development Squads or Recreational Program.

There are Girls Teams, Boys Teams and Mixed Teams

TeamGym is designed to be 'serious fun'! Competitions can be noisy affairs with a great deal of audience 'encouragement'.
